Laravel Features
Packages:- Packages are the primary way of adding functionality to Laravel. Some packages are stand-alone, meaning they work with any PHP framework. Other packages are specifically intended for use with Laravel.
Database:- Laravel makes interacting with databases extremely simple across a variety of database backends using either raw SQL, the fluent query builder, and the Eloquent ORM. Currently Laravel supports four databases: MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQLite, SQL Server.
Eloquent ORM:- The Eloquent ORM included with Laravel provides a beautiful, simple ActiveRecord implementation for working with your database. Each database table has a corresponding "Model" which is used to interact with that table. Models allow you to query for data in your tables, as well as insert new records into the table.
Blade Templating Engine:- Blade is the simple, yet powerful templating engine provided with Laravel. All Blade views are compiled into plain PHP code and cached until they are modified, meaning Blade adds essentially zero overhead to your application.
Migrations :- Migrations are like version control for your database, allowing your team to easily modify and share the application's database schema.
Unit Testing :- Laravel is built with testing in mind. Support for testing with PHPUnit is included out of the box.
